“Coaching was something I had thought about for years, but was always a bit scared to take the first step - I didn't know who to contact or where to start. When I listened to Sarah's advice on a podcast, I knew she was the perfect fit for me so I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I was surprised at how comfortable the coaching experience was. Sarah is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and makes the whole process enjoyable - just like talking to a friend.
Signing up for coaching sessions was probably one of the best decisions I've made. Coming into this, my head felt like a mess and I couldn't properly put into words what was going on or what I needed help with. Sarah helped me untangle the thoughts and gave me real clarity about what I was feeling and why. So many aha moments! Sarah's coaching sessions are the perfect blend of talking about what you're feeling and why you might be feeling that way. I have loved the practical tips and resources I have been able to take away and use on a daily basis. These coaching sessions have helped me feel empowered to work on myself one day at a time. With Sarah's help, the future is looking a lot clearer and brighter. I cannot recommend Sarah's coaching highly enough! “

“During my coaching with Sarah I became aware of some beliefs that were actually holding me back. Sarah empowered me to find my own solutions, through identifying my own strengths and prior successes. I regularly refer back to the discoveries I made in my coaching sessions as a way to deal with life’s challenges. Sarah has changed the way I look at life and the situations it throws at us.”

“What is a Coach I had asked myself about 12 months ago. Maybe this is something I can look more into as I had found myself very much stuck. In what? I didn’t know. Unhappy? Not really, but something just felt out of order within myself.
After connecting with Sarah at a Wellness event, we met up for a chat. No it wasn’t a light bulb moment and no ‘quick fix it’ answers flew out of Sarah’s mouth but what did happen was lots of silent moments, lot’s of self reflection and deep questioning. I have been pulled out of my comfort zone time and time again, challenged and I leave each session with a new confidence and clarity.
So here I am months down the track, I’ve booked in for another 12 sessions because I can see how much this process is benefiting me. I don’t have all the answers to life but what I do have is the tools to look at myself differently.
Although for me it’s been a slow process, I’m now aware that change comes from within. It takes time and patience but I know there is a better equipped and more self aware ‘Me’ ready and excited for anything life throws my way.”

Sarah spoke at a women’s business conference we hosted recently. Sarah brought with her her own raw, emotional life experiences.
Sarah is a real person with real stories to tell. She talked to the 40+ women in the room with confidence, yet vulnerability. She spoke to everyone individually while talking to the group at large the entire time. What she had to say resonated with all of us. She challenged us and made us think.
Sarah has the ability to simplify your most complicated emotional thoughts, hang-ups and mental blocks, and make you question why you have never thought about things that way or seen things so clearly before?

“Thank you, Sarah, for knowing just what to say, and when, helping me discover the knowledge I already knew about myself. Sarah has this knack of re-phrasing my words and I often get ‘light bulb moments’ when I know what the next step I need to take is. There is immense value talking through worries and concerns with Sarah and being curious about what is driving the resulting actions. With her guidance I have become much more self-aware and understand myself more.”

I was drawn to Sarah due to her openness, realness and honesty and I have found her to be exactly that. She is totally relatable and understands life is life. She does not sugar coat things but I never feel judged so I can be completely honest in return. Through coaching I understand more about my mind, thoughts, and feelings. I’m learning to distinguish what is truly important have control over my thoughts. I feel coaching with Sarah has given me a new voice, a more positive one, it was always a negative one in charge and that has been so powerful for me. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I really value the life tools I now have.

If you are thinking of doing some coaching, no doubt your mind will be telling you a thousand reasons why not to…but what if you did?
You can stay stuck or look for answers and the opportunity to talk one on one with Sarah made me look at things that have happened in my life in a different light and is helping me explore into why we are the way we are and how we can lighten that load going forward.
Perhaps even bringing into my life exciting new possibilities, but most importantly, improving my mental health.
I knew that if I kept on doing what I had always done, I would keep on getting what I had always got.
Being given the power to alter your mindset can be both exhilarating and life changing and there is nothing to fear by trying.

"Before I reached out to Sarah I felt flat and anxious all the time. I had no purpose, I wasn't sleeping and I knew I didn't want to keep feeling that way. Six sessions later I feel like I've seen the light, I have a purpose, I've started a project I am passionate about, I'm relieved and have a belief in myself again. I now have so many tools to help me continue to move forward."

"I approached my coaching sessions with Sarah a little uncertain about what I was really there for and had signed up just for the three session package. However, I am so pleased I decided to extend it to six as it is only really in the last two sessions that the work has truely begun to hit home for me. Those initial sessions were key in laying the groundwork and encouraging me to do my internal research and reflection.
The work I have done with Sarah has felt very conversational and more like sitting and chatting with a friend who knows just how to push me on certain points and question things, like why I have accepted my ingrained view of myself and my abilities. The resources and subtle homework have made me eager to continue to push myself and continue to 'lean in' and embrace this work with anticipation and even excitement.
I would totally recommend Sarah to anyone who feels like there should be 'more' to how they are living and wonder why, like me, I seemed to get in my own way all the time and thought that is just how I am and will always be. I have learned from Sarah that this is completely in my control, I am challenging my thought patterns and plan on re-writing my story. It is never too late to start living more fully, without fear of failure and with compassion for yourself.
Thank you so much Sarah for your brilliantly honed skills, openness, and acceptance. I'll be back for wee refreshers I am sure!
